Just returned from an 8 day Odyssey of the Seas vacation. Vacation was planned through Cruise Planners and TA Deb Newkirk.
The ship, staff, food, activities and entertainment was 5 stars. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for all your help planning our vacation. We had a BLAST! The flights were easy, the resort was beautiful, & it was a perfect size/length of time. We didn't have to do a thing. We would absolutely recommend the Hilton to others- it was a really nice mix of families, retired couples, & college travelers, plus a refreshing mix of people from all over!
We were really happy with Sunwing- the plane was immaculate, the flight was short, & the staff was super nice. We had a few hiccups at the vacation express check-in at CVG (system issue), but since we were all going to the same place, delay didn't really matter in the end.

Just wanted to follow up and tell you what a wonderful trip we had. We so appreciate all you did to make this trip happen despite a hurricane on the east coast, ha!
Also wanted to give you feedback on the shuttle service you arranged. I would definitely recommend using this again. Both drivers we had were very friendly, the vehicles very nice and clean. We waited no more than 10 minutes either time. And for the price it can't be beat.
The ship was good, great service, food, and ports. Definitely many great experiences and look forward to our next trip.

The Navigator of the the Seas was a perfect choice for all of us. The ship met every need for all of our different age groups. Hi Deb. Gary and I would like to thank you for all of your help in coordinating our cruise last week on the Carnival Imagination. We were in Wayne and Georgia Dunn's group and we had a great time. This was our first cruise and it was more fun than we imagined!

We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect! The weather was sunny and 88 degrees. It was hard to come back to this cold, snowy weather. We went on 4 excursions. Just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for all your help. Mike and Chelsea are on their flight home and had a wonderful time on their honeymoon cruise. They apparently became 'celebrities' on the ship as they participated in a game show and won. This was an experience they will remember forever. What a great way for them to start their lives together. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The cruise was AMAZING! The ONLY thing we didn't get to do was the Dragon's Breath Zip Line... it was too windy the day we were there :( We climbed Dunn's River Falls, swam with dolphins, snorkeled and saw every show on the ship, it was the best vacation! Food was good, room was nice, always something to do, almost too much to do because you want to do it all you know.

Thanks for the welcome home!
We had the best vacation ever! It was so relaxing, and the resort was better than what we were expecting - which is always nice. :) We don't have enough good things to say about the place, and would highly recommend it. St. James upgraded us to the Wild Orchid upon check-in, so that put us really close to the restaurants, shops and entertainment part of the resort. It was so nice of them to do that.
